Shopping on alonovo.com

alonovo.com operates an online service with various features,one of which includes a shopping portal. alonovo.com shopping portal users have access to third party merchants ("Merchant") to purchase certain goods or services from such Merchants' web sites. alonovo.com enables users to direct contributions, which are generated by their purchases and are based on a commission schedule paid by the Merchant,to one of alonovo.com’s selected non-profit organizations.The amount of the contribution will be in accordance with alonovo.com’s agreement with such organizations at the time a purchase is made. The contribution amount is presently 20% of our commission. You must designate a beneficiary organization to receive contributions generated by your purchases prior to making any such purchases; otherwise, the contributions may not be credited to the enrolled organization.  In order to generate a contribution, a User must follow a link on the alonovo.com. Site to the Merchant site,make a purchase, accept delivery and make payment for the purchase to the Merchant. Contributions may be subject to adjustment in the event of returns by the User and subject to other terms and conditions between alonovo.com and the Merchant.

Third party merchant(s)

Upon checkout, when Users are forwarded to the merchant site,they will be notified that they are leaving alonovo.com. Once at the merchant site, users must confirm the privacy policy and adhere to the Terms and Conditions set forth by the merchant before conducting a transaction. alonovo.com is only a facilitator of shopping transaction between the user and the merchant. Any disputes regarding the quality of product, pricing, accuracy of product description, shipping, product quality, communication between Merchant and User or any guarantees provided by Merchant on the quality and serviceability of items and services, are matters that will be handled between the User and the Merchant.

User is not authorized to make any representations or warranties to an enrolled non-profit affiliate organization regarding the contributions. The contributions are made by alonovo.com and are not tax-deductible by User.

As such, we are subject to the laws of the State of Arizona, and such laws will govern this User Agreement, without giving effect to any choice of law rules. We make no representation that our Web site is appropriate, legal or available for use in other locations. Accordingly, if you choose to access our site, you agree to do so subject to the internal laws of the State of Arizona. User agrees to use the alonovo.com in accordance with alonovo.com’s policies and procedures in effect from time to time. User will not use the Site in a manner that is prohibited by any law, rule or regulation. These terms of use are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona without reference to its conflict of law principles and each User consents to the personal jurisdiction of the courts within the State of Arizona for any action arising out of use of alonovo.com.These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between alonovo.com and User.
